4.7 MPV Co. will be obliged by its shareholders to develop the necessary insurance policies to cover all its obligations and services in relation to this Agreement and the License respectively the Sub-License.
This includes to extend the insurance policies before their deadline.
The items to be covered by these insurance policies are especially as follows:
4.7.5 If any working change leads to fundamental changes in the description of activities, prices, durations, and other terms of this Agreement, MPV Co. shall be required to inform the insurance authorities of the matter in order to make the necessary revisions to the provisions of insurance policies.
